Working in financial services and specializing in the legal industry for over a decade, Russ has worked at Thrivest for 6 years now in both operations and business development. His current role is to identify and help claimants and attorneys gain fast access to capital throughout the duration of their lawsuit. He prides himself on connecting with clients on a personal level while helping navigate the application process to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction experience.
Russ currently resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife and two kids. Outside of work, he spends his time chasing around the kids, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, and when lucky enough, golfing with friends.
